Filling a pothole with hot-mix asphalt is relatively easy and inexpensive process. Our proven methodology allows you to repair in a cost effective way & quickly.

Step 1: Close the road for repair work.

Step 2: Mark out the repair work.

Step 3: Use the infrared heater, to heat up the existing asphalt.

Step 4: Rake out all existing asphalt, ensuring a clean surface to work with

Step 5: Pour in emulsion oil & add in new asphalt

Step 6: Ensure that you have compacted over the working area

Step 7: Open road for traffic

Should i fill a pothole or pave the entire area?

Potholes are usually smaller sized – 1 x 1m2 with a depth between 25 to 50mm. Factors such as client’s budget, size of the defect, quality of the surrounding pavement and expectation of how long the repair is going to last affects the repair work.

Do you need to do a site visit before quoting for repair work?

Yes, all sites need to be visited by our project engineer or site supervisor. They would be able to determine the size of the repair work required and the type of materials to be used.
